If booking before July a non-returnable deposit of £40, made out to the Copped Hall Trust, must be included with this booking form. Upon receipt, you will be sent an invoice for the balance of payment due, which must be paid promptly. If booking after June 30th the full payment must be included. We will write confirming your place when we receive full payment. A final joining-instructions booklet will be sent to you nearer the time. If you require information about other events and visiting times you can telephone 01992-571-657. Copped Hall is otherwise strictly private and the lodge owners must not be disturbed for access. |
