DEAD... GENEROUS

But please not to the tax man!

For remember any donation to a registered charity in an estate is free of tax and can assist in reducing the inheritance tax on the estate.
If you leave a gift to the Copped Hall Trust in your will, its value will be deducted from the value of your estate (your money, possessions and property) before inheritance tax is worked out.
You do not need to make a new or any amendment to your existing will, merely complete a very simple form, known as a codicil, have it witnessed, place it with your will and that’s it!
If you would like to have a chat, in confidence, about this or receive a codicil form, see me at Copped Hall or give me a ring on 0208 505 1041.
