Description

We are delighted to hold our first Gala Evening of music from the portfolio of Gilbert and Sullivan. Gilbert and Sullivan were the stars of comic opera from 1871 till 1896, a prelude to the Victorian transformation of Copped Hall. Expect to hear gems from The Mikado, The Pirates of Penzance, HMS Pinafore, Iolanthe and many, many more. Ballads, songs and snatches with top G&S singers Eleanor Jane Moran (soprano), Leon Berger (baritone) and Russell Painter (tenor) with Tim Smith at the piano. And expect the odd singalong too! A wonderful light-hearted evening.

Early booking is recommended.
