Description

Honey, but is it real. Can you tell?

Join us for a day to extract honey direct from Copped Hall hives and hear the longer story and murkier journey of cheap honey. Taste a range of the good, the bad and the ugly in the honey world, and take part in live authenticity testing that aims to outwit the fake and the fraud.

The event will be led by Katy Langley and Eric Beaumont, bee-farmers who have the combined experience of scientists and retailers of local honey.

This unique event with experts in their field, is not to be missed.

Tea & cake will be provided, but please bring a packed lunch.
