BIG HELP OUT
June 7–9 2024
On June 7th and 8th 2024 we are looking for volunteers to help with a number of projects including:
- A deep clean of the 1st floor exhibition rooms of the mansion and their contents;
- Weeding, clearing and cleaning the front of the mansion;
- Installation of mesh fencing to our car park frontage fence Clear our northern boundary and install weed suppressio;
- Clearing and tending a section of our Victorian Rock Garden.
The days will run from 10.00 until 15.00 (later arrivals by prior arrangement). There are activities that are suitable for most ages and abilities. By getting involved you will be able to:
- Use your skills to contribute to an amazing project;
- Learn new skills;
- Be part of a team;
- Meet existing volunteers and get an idea of how you can be part of this project on a regular basis.
All tools required will be provided on the day, as will plentiful supplies of tea, coffee and biscuits. Please bring your own lunch if required.

Whether you take part in one of these projects or not on the 7th and 8th June we would be delighted to welcome you to Copped Hall on the 9th June where you can meet existing. volunteers and Team Leaders to see the exciting opportunities that exist with us, no matter how little time you have to spare.
